Small beginnings
Originally founded in 2005, Offerings served to provide support for realtors and homeowners in taking the next steps in preparing homes for sale and ownership. Full kitchen and bathroom remodels followed shortly after as clients experienced the personal attention to their needs and to the details of the projects. Today, Offerings is a team effort as Daniel and Amber provide full service remodeling from design to completion including pre-construction and pre-sale consulting, interior design, construction timeline and budgeting, and project management.
